I work at a fast food place... I put in a request for Friday and Saturday after thanksgiving off because I’m going out of town, 3 weeks ago. The schedule for next week comes out and it says I work Friday and Saturday and that’s it... so okay I try another approach and get my coworker to cover the days for me instead and she had no problem doing so. My manager is not happy with me that I asked her to cover my shifts. I’m confused? Instead of calling out I made it easier on my team and got it covered in my absence. What’s the issue? Do you guys have the slightest clue as to why he’d be mad? He’s going on vacation for the holidays himself... Also can I get fired for this?
