Would you continue running while pregnant?

If your body is used to it you can still do it in moderation while pregnant. It's super important to stay healthy. I worked as a CNA my first trimester without any complications. It involved lifting but after 3 years my body was used to it

As long as you have done it before you got pregnant and the same intensity during, it is just fine. My aunt was running five miles A DAY up to her due date. Baby is just fine. It's when you don't do that kind of activity during your pregnancy then all of a sudden go hardcore

I used to love running but I stopped at about 4 months as I found it too uncomfortable. I swapped it for walking and swimming though so hopefully I'll be able to get back into it once baby arrives :)

I was weight lifting and conditioning for collegiate volleyball when I got pregnant. When I talked to my doctor I was cleared to continue activities, but I wasn't allowed to dive/hit the floor or add any weight. So talk to your doctor and make sure everything is good 😁👍🏻
