Okay so I take my pill (combination pill) at 10 every night, 2 days ago I took my pill and the next day I had sex and I took my pill that night but tonight I took my pill at 3 AM, could I be pregnant?

As long as you take it the same time every night, you should be good. Just make sure you for surely take your next one at 10 again. 10-3 is a gap but as long as your body is used to you taking it at a certain time you should be good. Just set and alarm for your pill!
