We started dating at 17. 5 years later we got engaged & then married 9 months after. It was a hard wait I'll admit, we were both really mature going into our relationship so we always felt ready for marriage, but we waited to be settled more financially and have a home before we got married and Im so glad we did!!!couldn't be happier !! 😊😊

once yall feel like yall have been through some tough times that has shown yall truly care for one another and are really ready for the long-run, then I'd say go for it.

I'd hate to put a certain time length, but usually after a couple years is what I'd do. I have to see the ugly and the good and know I can adapt to his lifestyle. I would hate to see any "surprises" when i'd get married.

Not an easy answer. I am a widow (my husband passed away) and he proposed after 6 months and we got married 3 years later.  My SO no, we have been dating for almost 3 years and I'm pregnant and he hasn't asked yet. Not even really thinking about at this moment. I think he is soooo nervous about having a baby, that marriage is not even a thought...lol. It's fine with me though.

I don't think there's a correct amount of time for say. Every couple is different. My husband & I were dating like 2 months(we were best friends for 3 years prior ) he proposed & we got married the next day lol fast I know( military relationship). But we've been happily married for 2 & a half years now. 😊😊😊 no regrets.

My husband proposed after 2 and a half months. I needed a little more time. But our wedding was a few days before the one year anniversary of meeting eachother and we are very happily 3 years married. We were both in our 30s at the time so we knew what we were looking for in a spouse.
