Evening primrose oil help!
Hi ladies
I've started taking evening primrose oil for the first time this month. I was just wondering of those who have taken it how quickly you noticed a difference? I've taken it for a week now and will stop on Sunday which is ov day but so far nothing different :(
Can anyone help?
