if someone came inside me and i didn't shower but took the pill, will the pill still make effect?should I drink another? Does it only kill one sperm?

Oh wow. Well first off, i don’t know what showering has to do with anything but it won’t prevent pregnancy. If you took Plan B within 72 hours of unprotected sex you have a better chance of it workin correctly, the time you ovulate also matters. You aren’t supposed to take more than 2 plan b pills a year so no, you should not take another one. And plan b does not kill sperm one by one, plan b essentially prevents the sperm from fertilizing the egg which then creates a baby. It prevents the sperm from attaching itself to the womb. This is all outlined for you on the side of the packaging, you should always try to educate yourself on any new type of pill you plan on putting into your body. It’s very easy.
