I'm 6 weeks pregnant today and I've had minor cramping off and on for 2 weeks. Tonight however I had a bout of cramping that was pretty severe and lasted about 5 mins. No spotting during or after. Is this normal? 1st baby and I'm experiencing those things nobody ever tells you about even for someone who thought they were pretty knowledgeable with pregnancy & babies!
