excedrin migraine during second trimester?

I've always gotten migraines my whole life, and always the only thing that's worked is excedrin migraine. this is my first migraine this pregnancy and it's going on its third day and I can't bare it. my morning sickness had faded away but now I'm back to not being able to keep anything down. I've tried drinking penalty of water, tylenol, Pepsi, head massages, nothings working and I'm feeling so desperate. I've read in a few places that aspirin during a pregnancy is not good for the baby, is that true? will taking one effect the baby or should I just try and wait it out? or any other advice to get rid of this horrible migraine, please!!

Speak to your doctor about how bad your migraines are. They can prescribe you something for them.

My SIL took this during her pregnancy and has a very healthy 1 1/2 year old boy. I think the most she ever took per day was 4-6

No. There is aspirin in it.  Take two extra strength Tylenol, 25 mg of Benadryl and chug a Powerade and keep hydrated.  Take a shower (lay down in it) with the bathroom lights off.  Ask tour doctor about fioricet if you’re prone to migraines.  I suffer from them frequently pregnant or not.  I’ve been in and out of urgent cares and ERs.  Do not take Excedrine.
