Emergency room trip.. still worried, anyone else?

Friday night I was 5w6d, I noticed some spotting, it scared me so I went to the er. They did an hcg test and my levels were at about 8000 and in the ultrasound they could see the sac and the yolk but no baby.

Anyone else experience something like this and have a healthy pregnancy??

I was only 4w3d when I hady first ultrasound with baby #1 and there was hardly a gestational sac there. You may too early to see the baby! Stay positive!

That happened to me at 5w1d. Saw the exact same thing, but my levels were a little high at 17,000. I am 8weeks today with my first ob ultrasound on Friday.

This happened to me as well. It's implantation bleeding. On an early ultrasound you will most likely only see the yolk sac. I was right at 5 weeks as well
