Irregular periods - Anyone else???

So I've always had irregular periods, very short 10-12 cycles. This month has been crazy and I am now on cycle day 29 and still not a period in sight. I went to the doctor about my irregular cycles so she checked my hormone levels and I came back normal and she is blaming my irregularities on having been on the depo shot. However, I went on the depo becuause my cycles were so irregular, which she knows but she said I need to wait it out a few more months. Easier said than done!

Very frustrated and just want to be able to track my ovulation.

Has anyone's cycles changed drastically like this??

Do you meen your cycles are normally 10-12 days long or vary by 10-12 days??

I'm an irregular one too! Cycles last +40 days and after several tests there's still no cause identified. It's extremely frustrating for so many reasons - even just the aspect of knowing when to be prepared with tampons would be nice!

But there's hope! I stopped birth control early April and waited til end of June for first natural period. Expecting the same outcome I just decided to follow everyone's advice and just "have fun" with my husband. Sure enough I got a BFP in August. Whether it's on schedule or not the most important aspect is determine if in fact you are releasing an egg each cycle! Being patient is not easy though!

I also choose to get on bc due to irregular periods. Been off them for almost 2 years for pregnant last year but ended in mc haven't had back to back cycles since.

My periods are crazy too. I have gone from 16 days to 47. This cycle I had brown spotting day 16 then day 23 &24 blood streak 25 trying to decide to call that a period or not. My doctor put me on estrogen and progesterone and its still happening. I hate my body.
