Ovulation

Hi ladies, just wondering if any of you could tell me what this is please as I've never had it before. I ovulated yesterday and had sexytime this morning. I've had a water infection which is why I didn't bd yesterday. Been to the toilet before there and there was a little bit light bleeding. This is fine but when I've been back to the loo there's more and there's a few stringy bits in it a bit like mucus. Sorry about the excess information but I've just never had it before mid cycle so not sure what it is. Thanks in advance for your help.
