Pregnancy dream

I had a dream last night that I got my bfp. I'm only 7dpo but when I woke up this morning I went ahead and took a test. Of course it was negative but now I'm really starting to get upset and think that I'm probably not pregnant again for the 7th month in a row. Does anyone else feel this way? I've been cramping and my breasts are tender but now I'm scared its pms even though that's 7 days away
