Not pregnancy related 😔

I just dropped my dog at a dog groomer i always get bad vibes from them! But they are local and groom him well. Today I went to bring him in and he was shaking like crazy and peed himself in my arms!! He NEVER did that before since I've owned him like 2 and a half years!!! 😱😱😱😰😰plus I just looked them up awful reviews I'm so paranoid now and feeling so anxious! Anyways wanted advice on how to know if something is wrong! Do you think that's a sign that they don't treat the dogs well??! dogs don't talk so I have to like guess and I'm worried!
