Does anyone have restless leg syndrome?

If you do, what are you doing to help it? I get woken up in the night and early morning because my legs are aching so bad but, my knees are the worst.

Hylands Restful Legs pills are amazing. They're homeopathic and you can get them at Whole Foods. If mine are really bothering me I find that getting on the elliptical, going for a walk or doing a weight-bearing activity can also be helpful.

I use too have it all the time till my pharmacist said to stop taking allergy medicine. Apparently that's a side effect to those drugs. As soon as I stopped they went away. Sometimes it means you have low potassium levels. If you eat bananas or drink Gatorade before bed that's been known to help.
