Not sure what I’m looking at but if I had to guess it’s a kanker sore. Rinse your mouth with salt water - warm water + a tablespoon of salt.

If it’s a canker sore take the vitamin L-lysine it will harden (which will relieve the pain ) and start to heal take vitamin til it’s gone.
