Confused about 88 cent Walmart brand test false positive or?

I have a question so I had my period Nov 2-8 and then Tuesday I took a pregnancy test it said negative then I took another one Thursday it said a faint positive. I was also bleeding but not enough to fill a pad for two days and then brown spotting not enough to fill a pad on Saturday and Sunday. I then took a test yesterday with first signal and it said positive. I got my blood drawn last Thursday and they said the hcg level was one. What should I do and what does it mean? Is it a false positive? Because I heard with this brand it’s possible. We had sex before my period, on the 26th, 27th, and 29th of October. The 1st, 9th, 10th, 11th, and 13th of Nov. What should I do? I need help.!!
