Okay so I’m genuinely curious about this and I’d like answers from straight girls.

I’m a lesbian and I’ve been best friends with a guy for 5 years now. He and I have some form of interaction every day (even if it’s just a few texts or a like on insta or something) and skype every single night without fail. We can talk for hours, and often do. However to be clear, we respect each other’s time, and even if it has to be just a few minutes sometimes, that’s okay. We don’t like that, lol but it’s okay, things happen.

We are extremely close, and 100% I know he would never cheat on anyone. I know that. He’s always been single, even though many many girls have asked him out throughout the years. He’s honestly an incredible guy, and I think it’s fine that he’s choosy with this. He deserves someone great.

I know so many girls who don’t allow their boyfriends to speak to girls or be friends with other girls, and honestly I find that insanely controlling and abusive. It also screams insecurity. If you don’t trust the person you’re with, then why are you with them, ya know??

But, I’m asking, how would you feel if your boyfriend were best friends with a lesbian? Why or why not?

Also, what about him hanging out with her one on one?
