D&C on 11/15

I am 5 days post D&C. I have an 11 year old daughter. I got remarried earlier this year. This was the only time in 11 years I had tried to get pregnant. My husband and I are devastated that my pregnancy ended. Just looking to some feelings out. My dr said no sex for 4 weeks until I have my check up. I’m hoping to go in and get the okay to try again. I’m just scared and feel very anxious right now. My poor husband, he said in the 6 years we have been together I could count on 1 hand the # of times you were upset before this. Now I’m a crying mess all the time.
