Left foot seriously swollen? Help pls

This is it third pregnancy, but I've never dealt with this before! My left foot is super swollen, tingly and was a little blue for a while. I can barely bend my toes, I dont have a doctors appointment until next Monday. Just wondering what I can do in the mean time?

Honestly, I would go to the er to be check out. Especially for hbp. I’m not a doctor or nurse or anything but the fact that it’s on my left side would freak me out a little.. same side as your heart. Tingling isn’t a good sign I feel like also 😰

You need to go to the ER. Swelling is normal, severe swelling on ONE side is NOT NORMAL.

UPDATE: it is preeclampsia. They have had me on monitors for a couple days as I've been having contractions as well sorry for the late update !

Try and get some compression socks. Down water. Cut salt. Walk for about 30 minutes then elevate. I was very swollen my first pregnancy and this is what my dr suggested.
