Miscarriage?

i came to my local ER for a killer migraine that i’ve had 6 hours prior. i got my BFP Saturday & my first appointment scheduled for next Friday. they guesstimated me to be around 5 weeks by the first day of my last period. they asked me to pee in a cup & when i did i saw this. am i miscarrying?

UPDATE: this morning i went to my local pregnancy center & they did a pregnancy test & it came back positive. but the test they did here at the ER came back negative. doc is confused bc he says that even if i miscarried it takes a week or two for HCG to even leave urine, so it should still be a positive test. has this ever happened to anyone else before?
