When will you tell your employer you are pregnant?

For ladies that work (let's be real ALL ladies work even if they don't have a job title), how are you keeping your job informed of your pregnancy?

I told as soon as I knew because I work around at-risk kiddos in a job that I needed to modify while pregnant. My boss has been nothing but understanding and accommodating

My boss found out because I almost passed out at work once and someone bought me candy to help. I was already about 5 months along. I covered my belly with a flow top for the interview because I needed the job so badly. I knew I wouldn't get hired if I admitted then that I was pregnant.

I had to spill the beans right away because I have severe morning sickness and my boss was kinda suspicious. She was great about it though!

I plan to tell my boss right away, the rest of the company can find out arrive 12 weeks. I know my boss will appreciate the advance notice so we can make a plan for any absences in advance.
