DPO 11 Are these Pregnancy Symptoms?

I have been trying to hard not to symptom spot but when you haven’t been feeling normal, how can you not? There has been symptoms I have been getting that aren’t normal for me. 
I had BD four times this cycle, every other day. Day 22% and day 33% which I have never done on those days before. Starting my ovulation day, I had slight cramping, more twinges, pulses in my lower abdominal region for about 4-5days on and off. (Nothing like period cramps. I get those extremely intense.) For the last week, I have been breaking out in acne all over my body which I never get, my shoulders, my hips, lower back, chest, hormonal under chin area. It’s crazy. Also been having such vivid dreams but not about pregnancy. I have had heartburn bad for like 5 days. Nausea when I haven’t eaten much. I’m sooooo thirsty. I never get up in the middle of the night until this week and down water like it’s nothing. I have had no spotting as of now. 
Thoughts ladies? And these early symptoms? Has anyone else had any of these and ended up pregnant?

Unfortunately at this stage, PMS and pregnancy symptoms are exactly the same so it’s hard to distinguish. 11dpo is a good time for a first test...you should.

One of my signs when I was pregnant with my first, was heartburn for a good 3 or 4 days before my missed period. It was constant and so unusual for me. So maybe it is a sign!
