Ideas for a small gift basket?

We have a young lady who comes to our home once a day to let our dog out while we're at work. She's on disability and does this for a few other people in the area, it's her only other income as she has very bad anxiety and doesn't work. She is incredibly reliable and will come last minute on nights or weekends as well. I want to put together a small gift basket for her for Thanksgiving, as she is coming over while we are out of town for a few hours. Problem is, I don't know her that well. All I know is she has dogs and loves animals.

I was thinking a few snacks, maybe some dog treats, and money either in cash or a gift card? Someone suggested fuzzy socks which is cute, as it's cold here and she sits with our dog sometimes for 45 minutes outside. 😳 Any other ideas are welcome!
