Military wife’s help me out.

So my husband enrolled me in deers on Monday. Well I can’t get my ID until December 4th. I have strep throat(again for the 6-7th time in a year) and need to see the doctor but I don’t have access to the insurance without my ID. So is there anyway for me to get access to my insurance before then? Because I REALLY don’t have money to go to the doctor. We also live in different states atm. I move out there in a week. And that’s what my money is going towards.
