Which do you baby girl name do you prefer?

Which do you prefer? Im so on the fence, I imagine I may call her Eliza or Elisa, for short, and maybe even liza or lisa, or maybe ill just call her Ellie for either, but what do you think? Z or S? Which has a better ring? Which looks better? Open to your opinions! :)

My name is Elizabeth and I love how classic and timeless it is. There are so many different nicknames to choose from. My family still calls me Elizabeth but I chose the nickname Liz for myself for everyone else. (I also think Lisa as a nickname for Elisabeth is a little too far off, mainly because people will still pronounce it quickly as if there were still a ‘z’ there instead.) either way the name will sound pretty!

As a Lizabeth who hates the sound of a Z so I over pronounce the -ah-beth when I say my name, my vote goes to Elisabeth. It's less common but and she'll probably have to correct people often but it's a nice change on tradition. 
There are also so many nicknames for both. I go by Libby to friends and family but there's the three you mentioned and Elsie, Elsa, Isa, Beth, Bette, Lia, Lisie, ect. Good luck!
