Dying hair right before FET?

Is it ok to dye your hair right before your FET? My FET is next week on Thursday and I have an appointment to get my hair dyed this Saturday.

I actually just asked my Dr this on Wednesday and they said it was fine up until the transfer but once the embryo was in no hair dye or highlights for 12 weeks!

Hairdresser here. I’m not sure about with FET, and if a client asked me I would ask them to clear it with the doctor before booking. It’s too important an issue and because I’m not a doctor, I want the experts to clear it first. However, I’m very firm on no first trimester hair coloring or hilighting appointments. I’m more than happy to cut or deep condition…but my clients and their babies come before anything else.

If you are on any medications talk with your doctor they may tell you to wait.  If no meds then get it done now as most places won’t do it after.

When i started stims my dr had told us no alcoholz oke cup of caffeine a day, onky tylenol as a pain reliever. And if u need medication only what they would give pregnant woman..so i took this as you are basically acting as you are pregnant. And you cant dye your hair the first three months.. I would ask first
