Advice on healthy family eating
I have a family who is picky, a husband who is stubborn and a grocery budget that is unwavering. I managed to substitute and cut out junk, and finally got my family eating healthy organic foods. It has been so much easier to stay on track, I feel a little guilty though, like the kids are missing out on part of their youth because me and (particularly) my husband can't stay away from junk. I have lost Six pounds in the past month and hubs lost ten. The achievement is wonderful but should I feel so guilty?
