What does acid reflux or heart burn feel like to you?

Like my chest is burning and gurgling and I keep throwing up in the back of my throat

It literally feels like a burning right between your boobs but it can be to one side also. And the reflux feels like you're going to throw up nothing but acid when you're laying flat. If that happens at night lay on your left side and you can get some sleep.

Then I think I did not have eighter of them. I had like painful breathing and left chest ache for max a minute.

Mines taste sour and it’s yellow greenish color it’s horrible
