Can I eat this preggo?

I haven't eaten pepperoni or salami or sausage since I found out I was preggo, but I really want a pizza. Is pepperoni dangerous to eat preggo?

As long as it's cooked... "Cold cuts" are things you avoid during pregnancy.

I stay completely away from deli meats and cold cuts. But pizza sounds delicious 😍🍕😋

For deli meats like a cold meat sub,  just put it in the microwave for 10secs and it will be fine to eat. That is what i was told to do while i was pregnant.

Yup, it's fine. Just don't eat too many processed meats regularity but once in a while is fine :)

I believe you can eat deli meats if they're hot... But I don't know about those since they're dry cured (thus essentially "raw" and "cooked" by bacteria in it)
