We are ttc our first baby and have been for about 6 months now.... it’s really frustrating to me when I can only get my husband to have sec twice during my fertile window. I am doing my nasal temp and just did a opk this last month hoping it would help narrow down when what day are the best to do the BD .... when I have the lh surge should we had done it the day before and the day after? All three?? Or should I keep trying to get it for every other day in my window...... there’s so much information out there and I’m just so confused .... expecting af tomorrow we shall see ....
