When to test??

Has anyone used easy @ home pregnancy test strips?? How many days past ovulation did you get a positive??

Yes I did. 6dpo my last pregnancy and 10dpo this pregnancy but everyone is completely different

Yes I use them, but do you use the ones with the pink or blue packaging? I ask bc latterly the pink packaging have been giving me bad dye runs and “evaps” (for lack of a better word, even when I look within the time frame. I literally go so excited thinking I was pregnant, then the line disappeared. And this has happened several times now.
And just a side note- when I refer to the color, I’m only talking about the packaging. Both are pink dye tests (which is good.) 
I’ll show you what I’m talking about:

Blank test before. (You can actually see a vvvfl, so I always snap a pic before now.)

Test after 5 mins...so I thought I was pregnant!

Test after 10 mins 😞.
