Am I pregnant or just late 😥😥😥

So I'm 17 and usually my periods are super close together(18-20 days apart), and I've been to a doctor about it and he says it's safe as long as it doesnt get any shorter. This one so far has been around 25 days and this app says it should be here in another 5 days. I haven't had full sex in a year but have come close to it. I'm super nauseous, lightheaded, and I'm cramping too and looking it up isn't giving me any answers. Is it pregnancy, being late, or just wacky teenage hormones??
