I wouldn't be convinced by anything I'm seeing on that test since it looks dried. 
But at 10dpo you are far from out. Implantation can occur up to 12dpo and can take a couple days after that for HCG to get high enough to pop a positive test - so potentially if implanting at 12dpo you might still be waiting til 15/16dpo to get a positive test
