On anti depressants while breast feeding? I’m thinking I may need some help but I’m not wanting to give up breast feeding.

You can breastfeed with them. There are certain ones that are safe. Personally, my OB put me on Prozac. It’s been such a help.

Yes you can. I started mine when my daughter was 4 months, breast fed until 13 months. I have not gone off of them since and breastfeeding again

Been on antidepressants well before I got pregnant, stayed on them through my entire pregnancy. Baby was born very healthy at 6 lbs 9 oz and I have been breastfeeding from her birth day of October 10. I’m still on the antidepressants. 
It’s best to ask your doctor and your pediatrician. But my OB as well as my baby’s pediatrician all know about my meds and are 100% ok with them (Wellbutrin SR by the way). 
She continues to grow rapidly both physically and mentally at over 6 weeks now. That’s all I can attest to for now. Good luck!
