I accidentally took Claritin D

I’m so upset I thought I was taking Claritin as I was suffering in the middle of the night and took Claritin D. Will one pill do anything?? I’m seeing now this is a huge no no. When I originally googled it, it said Claritin is safe but this is the behind the counter kind w the Decongestant. My sisters and everyone who knows is making me feel like a horrible person. I will call my doctor too but it’s Friday night and now I’m super worried. I’m 11 weeks pregnant. Thanks in advance.
