Hey can anyone please help me this happened Sunday November 18,2018 and I’m doing heavy bleeding and cramping really bad I went to my ob/Gyn on November 16,2018 and she said everything was fine. And if I am having a miscarriage this will be my first one i don’t know what to do can someone please help me

This came out like some days later and I went to the hospital and to my doctor appointment and they was like I’m not pregnant and that they where just clots but I’m like if it was my period why I was feeling sick and what’s feeling too good and out of all my periods why I had all the symptoms of pregnancy and nun of my other periods wasn’t like that just idk I think I had a miscarriage and bout the time I went to the hospital my hcg went down back to like I wasn’t pregnant just idk
