Pregnant or not . PLEASE HELP

So, yesterday i had my first doctor visit after i missed my period for 6days (today 1 week late of af) she told me she will take my first scan in 7week .. she didnt apporched me to do blood test or any other urine test she said if your home test is positive then yes you're pregnant .. we'll do usg scan in 7 weeks and will see the baby growth and thats it . .. i'm so fool i forget her to show my test result ..

This is it .. does it count as positive ? Please help me
