Progesterone cream? Does it work?

So I am getting concerned... I recently had a miscarriage (May 6) and I am kinda thinking it was due to low progesterone, but unsure. That being said have you tried progesterone cream? If so, what brand? Or which brand have you heard is best?

I am using progesterone cream this cycle (first for trying ttc after mc in May). My sister in law used it for both her pregnancies after two mc and was successful. I use Emerita two times daily. Will find out if it workS. My progesterone was 1.9 at the time of my last mc.
You can get it from any health food store.
