Just stepped on the scale...
I’m about 6 weeks pregnant right now and stepped on the scale. I’m 274 lbs.
Before getting pregnant I was trying hard to lose the weight I’d gained since I got married. Now that I’m growing a baby, what advice do you ladies have for trying to maintain weight or even weight loss?
I’m very nervous about any complications due to my weight and it’s always been frustrating to step on the scale even before baby. Now I feel frustrated that I didn’t do more before I got pregnant.
