Lump in groin

Ok so I’m really really stressing over this . This sore lump has been here for 2weeks after having a virus. I went to the urgent care to see what it was she said it was an enlarged lymph node from being sick. So she prescribed me antibiotics for 7days . I took the antibiotics they worked but as soon as I got off the lump was there and I still had the leg numbness. Plus a yeast infection from the antibiotics 😫. Anyways I had blood test done idk what for and they came back normal . But I’m pretty sure if I had cancer the test would have def came back wacky . Idk what to do when will this go away since the antibiotics didn’t work.
