Contractions or bh?

Okay mommas! I had back labor with Gabriel so all this is new to me. But yesterday from 6-8pm i wanted to die. Was irritable and hot and my lower back was hurting so much also sharp pains around the cervix and my stomach was tight. Finally after Tylenol and a hot bath and cold water, i just decided to try and nap. It worked for a bit and then came back. Now, it’s starting all over and i have to bend down/double over to relieve the pain. Braxton Hicks or regular contractions ? I’m 35 weeks tomorrow and idk if i should go get checked out or just wait until my dr appt on Tuesday. Tired of hospitals until it’s really time. But my lower half is in pain.

Time them for a few hours. After i would say 2 hours non stop you should call your dr

I called last night and she said to walk which i am doing right now at work. And if that doesn’t help to lay on my side which helped a bit but not so much. I just don’t wanna go in and them be like you could have waited for your dr appt on Tuesday

Have you called your dr/midwife? That would probably worry me enough to get a second opinion but I’m not sure I would head in to L&D before I called in to check. Have you been timing any of it? If it’s getting stronger or happening closer together that might make me head into L&D
