What prenatal vitamins are y’all taking? I’m taking he vita fusion gummies and they make me sick to my stomach! Any suggestions!?

Ritual ! Ritual.com. I love them and they dont make me nauseous at all. I’m a huge fan of Ritual, took the essential vitamins for almost 2 years and switched to the prenatals as soon as they rolled them out

I’ve used the cheap ones. Just over 28w+ now and pregnancy is going, how the dr says, “perfectly”! Just make sure it’s got folic acid in. If it doesn’t, it’s not a proper prenatal and won’t benefit your baby.
