Guys, I’m going on week three of trying to manage by diet and my numbers have been horrible no matter what I eat. My post meals, especially in the evening have ranged from 150-190. My fasting numbers have been between 98-104. I’ve tried all different eating patterns and drinking and it just seems to be worse. It probably doesn’t help that my pelvis is in so much pain when I try to walk that exercise has been impossible. Should I just assume at this point I’m getting medicated?
