What should I do if I miss my period while on BC?

After taking BC for almost 6 months I missed my period two months in a row. I could use some advice.

I would def take a pregnancy test if you are sexually active. You need to know about being pregnant asap so you can stop taking the pills as they could be harmful to your baby.

Hello! Have you been sexually active? If so, the best thing to do would be to buy a home pregnancy test. Since the docs can be expensive for some people. 
If you're still doubting or not sure what to do after your result, make an appt. with your local planned parenthood or family doctor to get some professional medical advice.
If you aren't sexually active it could just be that the birth control is messing up the cycle of your periods. Hope that helps you! I know it's scary to be out of synch. (:
