Blackheads /open pores throughout breast area.

Hi guys for the past 4 years or so I've been dealing with this. How can I get this to go away. It looks like blackheads throughout my breast. I hate it! And since I've been pregnant, it looks worse. You probably can barely see it. I also suffer from acne as well
