How long can liquid antibiotics sit out at room temperature?

The pharmacy and doctors office don’t open for a couple hours so I can’t ask them yet. We accidentally left my daughter’s liquid Augmentin sit out over night but they told us to refrigerate it. It was at room temperature for about 8 hours. Does anyone know if it’s still good?

I’ve never put them in the fridge unless it says on the label or the pharmacist tells me.

From my experience it still should be okay. The problem normally comes in if the water in the suspension gets hit and breaks down the particles. Id call a pharmacist to double check but i personally have still used it
