I had put my menstrual cup in Saturday night just in case. Had a bit of spotting yesterday there was a bit in my cup a couple times but nothing since. I had sex and used spermicide last Monday. My period according to glow should be in a few days but I am freaking out a little due to having sex last week. I know stressing over it won't make it come any sooner though, can anyone kinda talk me down? I do have a pregnancy test here to take just in case, but I know it's too early for a test. I am at cycle day 28 I sometimes get it around day 30 or 32. I had taken birth control for a couple months in April and May but realized quickly hormones and I do not get along well so I have had earlier periods than my usual, since the BC (just a little background)
