Question

I have posted so many times asking this question with either no responses or people not answering my actual question. I have irregular periods. So when should I start my geritol. Again, I HAVE IRREGULAR PERIODS. Haven’t had one since August. So do I really have to wait until I have my period again to start taking it? Or can I just start whenever. Please help need some responses!

You can take it any time you want. It's just a vitamin so it's cool. I have PCOS and my periods have been all over the place my whole life, something in these vitamins actually regulates my periods to where I had one every single month. Also just got my 2nd bfp with them so these are life right here. Good luck!!

You can take it whenever. I started mine on the first day of my period. You also should consider taking a folic acid supplement that has myo-inositol that helps regulate your ovulation. For that, I take Premama Fertility and just mix it in with a cup of juice or chocolate milk (it’s powder). Hope this helps!
