Clomid with PCOS & Endometriosis

Started my first round of clomid 50mg this month on CD 13. Had my ultrasound yesterday and they found 3 follicles that were measurable but were all around 10mm, which is really discouraging since they were hoping for them to be around 20mm... Doctor has me coming every other day now for blood work and ultrasound to monitor their growth. I don't ovulate on my own and still haven't showed any signs of that happening any time soon. Really feeling down about all of this, on top of just having 3 friends announce their pregnancies... I would love to hear some success stories or stories in general to lift my spirits up a little over all of this...
