I’m freaking out...

Alright y’all, so the birth control pills I take are very good at regulating my monthly cycle and currently, I’m about a week late! 😫 I went into the Er for severe abdominal pain on the 14th of this month and doctors couldn’t find anything then I was spotting that Thursday and Friday then my period was suppose to start the following Tuesday...and nothing. My boyfriend and I have unprotected sex given I’m allergic to the lube on condoms so I guess, what would y’all recommend me doing? Stop freaking out? Take a test? Just go in with life? Anyone else been in this situation? Any comments would be helpful!
